I loved the beautifully prepared continental breakfast with fresh fruits and the large, comfortable Suite room that made my nights blissful! Only downside was street noise at night.

the staff were excellent. always friendly and eager to help! the breakfast spread was impressive. with plenty of fresh pastries and cooked options available. the location was superb, just a short stroll from all the main attractions....

Breakfast impressed me greatly with its variety, including beautifully presented fruits and a selection of cold cuts. I particularly enjoyed the scrambled eggs cooked to my taste, although having them every day became slightly repetitive. The room provided decent comfort, but the mattress seemed a bit worn, causing slight back discomfort. The bathroom amenities were adequate, and cleanliness throughout the hotel was spot on. The central location made getting around really easy. just steps away from both the Main Square and Wawel Castle. noise from the street activities sometimes disrupted my sleep, especially with the functionality of the room's curtains not fully blocking the light. One inconvenience I experienced was regarding the elevator, as it only reached the third floor, requiring additional stairs for upper-level rooms. Staff assistance was commendable, with Norbert going the extra mile to help me out when I needed adaptors for my devices. I appreciated the personal touches, such as the handwritten welcome note in my room. A cozy feel during my time there kept me comfortable despite a few minor issues with the room.

Rooms vary significantly. some lack adequate windows or have limited views, making them feel cramped. The old-style lift only reaches up to the third floor, requiring guests to navigate stairs for upper-level rooms. A few plumbing issues and noise from street activities could disrupt a good night's sleep, especially for those in front-facing rooms.

This place suits me perfectly, offering free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, in-room breakfast, and a bar area. I remember how the staff helped me return my forgotten earpods on my first stay. I wholeheartedly recommend staying here....
